The Ninja Room

Basement. Magically added to the original floorplan and accessed via a spiral staircase from the garage. Features a wide variety of training equipment and houses the extended armory for the house. Also features a small area for Magnus to lounge and spectate

Backyard, Pool, & Grounds

Filled with lots of smaller spaces sectioned off into intimate arrangements of furniture in a variety of styles. The pool is home to several oversized floaties for when Magnus wants to sunbath and avoid the water. Features a unicorn topiary that wanders around watering the plants and a dragon topiary that roams around eating burglars and the occasional squirrel (don't worry, he's somewhat tame and won't harm cats).
